Preston & Child have been my favorite authors for over ten years. Until The Pharaoh Key, I've always felt that their Gideon Crew novels were their weakest; good but missing something. They've gotten better with each installment, and The Pharaoh Key is no exception. Like their Pendergast series, this was a real page turner with interesting characters and an interesting storyline. Sad the series had to come to an end, but necessary. Great job!

I made it about 27% thru, and then the white knighting, "ladies first" filth began; I requested and received a refund immediately. Antediluvian, gynocentric garbage, pure and simple.

I got this book as a Christmas gift. Fantastic book you can definitely learn things and enjoy a great escape.

About the author
