Got a lot of useful information in it. The author will teach you how to have a better conversation with your friend or strangers. The main focus of the book is to teach you how to have a better face to face conversation, But the author have a section which are dedicated to online conversation as well. In my opinion, what make this book so attracting is the information about social rule and the do and don't. I found the information to be relateable in daily life, and the advice given has this 'natural' feels and didn't exhibit fake or forced act to gain popularity. Overall, I recommend this book for someone who are trying to know some social rule that they might miss and someone who are eager to know how to talk to anyone.
