Doloros is a genius! Reading this book was not like, "Well that was interesting" or "hmm... That made me think." Reading this book, for me, was an experience. Litterally I felt moments of "Oh my god, I have felt " that" my entire life to be true!" Then to see someone(s) put it into words on paper was sweet confirmation of a truth already felt within. If you liked this subject matter read Convoluted Universe (series) next. Custodians is good also. Well, all her books are great but specifically Life After Death and Convoluted Universe are geared toward the spirit (unknown till now! Haha) realm.

Traveling between lives is hardly anything new and with the proper guidance, navigation from one life into the next can be a soul changing adventure. Dolores outdoes herself every time and I will be coming back to this book for many years to gain wisdom in places I have already looked. There is no rush for patience is all we need because time is an illusion. We exist always in the present moment, the past has already happened, and the future is where we are going. So, walk a little while down a path you've walked before, but stop to look just a little longer because there surely is something you missed the last time...or maybe...there is something you forgot about that will feel like new.

Dolores Cannon is a past-life regressionist and hypnotherapist who specializes in the recovery and cataloging of "Lost Knowledge." Her roots in hypnosis go back to the 1960s.
