Discovered that there is a problem with one of the google books updates. Once the updates were uninstalled, the read-a-long books worked correctly again! Thank you to the service representative who assisted me!! Very satisfied now!!!! ORIGINAL RATING: I don't understand why the other read-a-long books actually read the story, but this one does not? I would like a refund as well! Very disappointed!

I specifically bought this for the narration of the characters voices. I want my $ back. There is no narration. False advertising.
