I've read most of Dean Koontz books but just got around to this one from the 70s. It's probably the darkest book of his from a graphic standpoint. Still a great story and I'm pretty sure the genesis to his most recent work, the Jane Hawk series.

Another gripping, fast-paced, edge of your seat, psychological, thriller that'll hook you in the first couple chapters! My first Koontz novel and also the one that got me hooked on his writing. A great peice of work! You'll be mad when you finish it that the story's over!

Is your will strong enough? Are your thoughts your own? Or, is the back of your mind controlled by the evil of another man's soul? Is he prowling around inside of your head making you do the unthinkable, the revolting. Who is in control?
