Pro's: This book helped me realize that I should continue staying on the right path of overcoming my lower self! As a woman, I realize that I gave into a lot of pleasures in my life, in the past. Now it's time to move up! It's good to see that there is a man out there who wants to overcome his "dog", just as much as I do! Gives me hope!! Cons: Thought it would have more content! The book finished sooner that I thought it would... 3.5 would be my honest and humble rating!

Solid book, definitely gave me perspective on a couple things in my life. The concept worked and was broken down clearly. this is a helpful book to say the least.
