The book really keeps you on your toes for the first half of the novel, giving you full rounded characters. In the second half of the book, I just couldn't stop reading, it got so good so quick. Definitely a must read!

I love it!! I really recommend this book to anyone who is fan of Dragon Age franchise. The story is well-written and interesting. There are fascinating new characters with thier own difference opinions on freedom and restrictions for circle of mages and there will be some old faces return from Dragon Age: Origins. Go ahead and read! You won't regret it.

I usually don't expect much from books and movies based on games, but this one is great. I guess I shouldn't be so surprised since it's written by one of the writers for the games. It captures the ideologies on both sides of the mage-templar conflict brilliantly while providing context for the next game. If you intend to play inquisition, this is a good book to read in these last days before release.
