I confess, it might be me !! This is the first book I've ever pre-ordered , my anticipation may have ruined it! The whole time reading, just felt as though something was missing! The series which has been not just a page turner, but a page burner , while this one was just hit or miss for me ! Still a good read none the less, not up to par with other books !

Excellent. Baldacci has a way of you becoming invested in these characters and root for a good outcome and that they do have a happy life even with all their trials and tribulations. The stories are interesting and keep you involved to the end. Can hardly way for the next book in the series. (please please no Game of Thrones endings where everyone dies)

I really enjoyed this book! I learn something new each time I read his books, about every subject in the world: libraries, restaurants, explosives, etc. I'm looking forward to reading a book published in 2021!
