Jayla Hoyt and her K-9, must work together with Alaska park ranger Bryson Clarke, even though they have a past that they must work through. Both must learn to trust each other to survive all the mysterious obstacles.. Both Jayla and Bryson have a lot to learn about each other, their faith and their families.

With a team of heroes rescuing those caught in avalanches and an intelligent dog who is trained to find the victims, this book hit all of the right spots for me. It is riveting suspense and a developing romance rolled into one action-packed and fast-paced plot. Part of a series, this book can be enjoyed as a standalone. All opinions expressed are my own.
