I have voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. This is the 9 th book in the seal of honours series. It is recommended to read the book in series to know the characters but it can also be read as a standalone . The story takes place in a full on war zone were a team of seals have gone to rescue fellow comrades who were ambushed . Evan is the part of the seal team gone on the rescue Mission . Dale Mayer does it again! What a ride of emotions, you certainly can't go wrong with this author. So far l've read a fair few of this series and there's Not a dud in the lot. Highly Recommend this Author and this Series. Can't wait to read my next book! Yay!

Navy SEAL, Evan, and his team are sent on an extraction mission. They are to get Levi and his men out of danger after their mission went south. The extraction is successful, and they are able to get everyone into the helicopter, piloted by Ice (who has a thing for Levi) and co-piloted by Megan. Evan and Megan had an unforgettable weekend together three years earlier, and he's regretted letting her go ever since. When Megan got engaged, he knew he blew it with her but now that she's single he's determined not to mess up this time. Even though Megan had wanted more from Evan when they hooked up years ago, she knew his reputation so it was clear that there wouldn't be more. She had moved on with her life, but now that she's back on the West Coast, maybe they could be more. Megan couldn't believe it when Evan let her know that he's changed and wants a relationship with her. Should she go for it or not? Before they get too far with this, they have work to do. It looked like someone betrayed Levi and his team. They have to find out who. This is such a terrific suspense that I was on the edge-of-my-seat reading it. I HAD to know who was shooting at Evan and Megan? Were they after just them or the whole team? Who betrayed Levi? I was so happy to be offered an ARC of SEALs of Honor: Evan to review. I love this series so I knew I would love this book!
