Be a Leader: How to Change People Without Giving Offense or Arousing Resentment

Begin with praise and honest appreciation.

Call attention to people’s mistakes indirectly.

Talk about your own mistakes before criticizing the other person.

Ask questions instead of giving direct orders.

Let the other person save face.

Praise the slightest improvement and praise every improvement. Be “hearty in your approbation and lavish in your praise.”

Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to.

Napoleon Hill, then a young special investigator for a nationally known business magazine, was sent to interview Andrew Carnegie. People in our times are evil. When I was young this book was a good book to learn from it. Now the times have changed and other rules apply to this world. I have a genuine interest in other people and in this time of poverty and financial loss I visit, look and care for them, at the end they have forgotten me.

Bought the book two time but it's no where to be found I am not saying book is bad but it's the google service that is bad never buying anything from google again thank you google for making my day worse
