This is a book that is about the new experience and I think it will have an effective points in the minds of any questions or any thoughts that the new recruit might have before making the attempts to just join the new ranks of the new SEALS or Any Special OPPS for that matter...

This is good information to have, but most of it hypes unlikely events and fosters paranoia.
