i havent even read half the book and it helped me day one. everything described in this book is me. im so thankful. if you think youre constantöy scared of your bodily sensations, read this book. i can finally eat again. still not tons but at least enough to start gaining back the weight i lost because of fear and anxiety and depression. please read this book if you cant stop worrying about bodily sensations and is constantly anxious. And one more thing; if youve been eating too little for a long time, you lack all kind of vitamins and minerals. i started taking extra b12, iron, d3 and k2 (because im a vegetarian) but it really helped removing my constant anxiety/panic attacks. lack of iron can cause fear. really recommend checking out. i wish you all the best.

I want to thank the author for this wonderful book. This book is the only one who truly help my anxiety. I've been suffering GAD for 4 months since the lockdown and this book explains all what I'm suffering this months. I can't even hold a smartphone for 1 min in the past. I took anti-deppresants for 1 month but after "Anxiety Guy" recommended this book, I decided to stop and heal in natutal way. Now I'm all good and ready to go to school and online class. I'm still sensitized now but a lot better that a month ago. Truly recommended to read this book to the one who suffers anxiety or family who want to help there love one.❤

This book will give a person sufferring so much relief. Just knowing
someone understands the entire process is a miracle in and of itself. Give
this book a try. Hours of fear, pain, and other classic symptoms will melt
away. Practice what she says to do, depending on how bad your nerves have
been beaten up and how quick you decide to do the simple tasks she asks of
you will dictate the length of your recovery! Through prayer, God directed
me to her books 30 years ago... there is hope!
