About this ebook

Buster “Rant” Casey just may be the most efficient serial killer of our time. A high school rebel, Rant Casey escapes from his small town home for the big city where he becomes the leader of an urban demolition derby called Party Crashing. Rant Casey will die a spectacular highway death, after which his friends gather the testimony needed to build an oral history of his short, violent life. With hilarity, horror, and blazing insight, Rant is a mind-bending vision of the future, as only Chuck Palahniuk could ever imagine.

There's not a lot I don't love about this one. I talk about this novel all the time. As always Chucky brings us into a world unlike our own, while leveling us with the unmistakeable commonalities between the two. Rant is an unwilling hero so absurdly unrelatable, yet we identify with him & that scares the crap out of me in the best way possible. I always feel like the author is letting me in on a little secret, passing on the burden of knowing & the relief of coming into the fold.

One of the best books I've ever enjoyed not only is Chuck my favorite author Fight Club happens to be one of my favorite movies and the book and movie to me or about the same. In the book you can catch on to the narrator's split personalities happening not just with Tyler Durden but with Marla singer as well the movie doesn't hit on that as much as and the book ends totally different from the movie

My favorite book of all time. A perfect story if you're smart enough to follow along with it. There's a lot of things going on at once and if you can't follow along, then this book won't be nearly as amazing. Even I find new things in the book, and I've read it so many times
