About this ebook

The New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling collection of short stories chronicling the adventures of Simon Lewis as he trains to become a Shadowhunter is now available in print with ten brand-new comic illustrations!

Simon Lewis has been a human and a vampire, and now he is becoming a Shadowhunter. The events of City of Heavenly Fire left him stripped of his memories, and Simon isn’t sure who he is anymore. So when the Shadowhunter Academy reopens, Simon throws himself into this new world of demon-hunting, determined to find himself again. Whomever this new Simon might be.

But the Academy is a Shadowhunter institution, which means it has some problems. Like the fact that non-Shadowhunter students have to live in the basement. At least Simon’s trained in weaponry—even if it’s only from hours of playing D&D.

Join Simon on his journey to become a Shadowhunter, and learn about the Academy’s illustrious history along the way, through guest lecturers such as Jace Herondale, Tessa Gray, and Magnus Bane. Written by Cassandra Clare, Sarah Rees Brennan, Maureen Johnson, and Robin Wasserman, these moving and hilarious short stories are perfect for the fan who just can’t get enough of the Shadowhunters.

Very satisfying experience. The book did not take much to load, and the illustrations were very clear. Being a first-timer in this whole ebook thing, i was actaully very pleasantly surprised by how much i enjoyed this experience. I will say, however, that ebooks do not hold a candle to physical books for me. That being said, the experince was great, the book itself was of high quality, it was very reasonably priced, and overall, i strongly recomend.

AWESOME, I LOVE SIMON, LEWIS/LOVELACE! He's awesome, even if he doesn't like staying in one body. So mean seriously, Simon has been, Human, Rat, Human, Vampire, Hmuan, and now, Shadowhunter. Wouldn't it be funny if he did something stupid and got his marks stripped, that would make him human again. Oh and then he got bitten by a werewof. If that happens, I'm so laughing my head off. But I don't think it will happen, afterall Simon has already been human three times, Three strikes your out, So no more human for Simon. But he could still get bitten by a werewolf, then Clary and Jocelyn could both stay that their best friends were Shadowhunters turned werewolf. But I don't think that will happen either, I mean, I think Simon is done with Dowy world, Plus it wouldn't really be the same with out it following the rest of the pattern and him being human first. Plus you know, I like Simon as a Shadowhunter, Does anyone else remember that part in City of Bones, where Simon asked if he could be a Shadowhunter. Now 15 books, and several forms later, He's done it, Simon Is a shadowhunter. And he's Clary's parabati, just like I always thought would happen. Nice to be right about something. Even if it's something that's way to rvious. Can I just ask one question, Why Did George have to die? He was a great student, He was good at everything, so way did the cup not choose him. That doesn't make any sense.

I love Cassandra Clare writing about the Shadowhunter books, my daughter got me these books for Christmas and I was hooked! I am so happy that she wrote these little books on Simon's journey to become a Shadowhunter! And now I am looking forward to reading her next novel about the Shadowhunters in Los Angeles! I hope she intertwines the original people with the new Shadowhunters in her latest book! I love the books, and I love the Shadowhunter show's! Thank Cassandra Clare for writing these fantastic books! I hope more will be coming our way!
