I really liked Captivate. Especially how the plot turns and when I got to the end, I was like what's going to happen now! I've learned to love the characters and their mannerisms when they're talking. I must have admit, I have a soft spot for Astley.
It's an entertaining read with a feisty and understandable main-girl, Zara, the feeling of the characters comes across well. I felt for her in a lot of the situations, especially the main point in the story (I won't spill for anyone who hasn't read it yet).
It may not be the longest book ever but what is in those pages a of high quality and definitely a book I enjoyed.

This is my fav book of the Need seires (not including Endure, I haven't read it yet. Only the the first chapter, a sample. Its good so far!) I absoultly LOVE Astley! (I use to love Nick, but thats before Astley came along!) I LOVED how **Spoiler Alert** Zara Turns into a pixie! It was really good! ********************** I loved everthing! Can't wait for Endure!

awesome book!!!! i couldn't believe it but Carrie Jones made it even better then her first book!!! i mean i loved the first book but "Captivate" was way better!!!! I love Astley, way better then Nick. i still love Nick but Astley is almost every girls dream!! :) all your friends should read this book!!!
