Review written by Marie for Ever After Book Reviews! There’s just something awesome about a good, cheesy romance. Cowboy Bold fits that bill perfectly. Our hero, Cade, is determined to throw himself in to his ranch. His goal in life is to help people find themselves and teach them the value of working hard and simply. He is determined to keep himself single and unattached to women. That is, until Retta walks in to his life. Retta is the heroine of this story. She is trying to move on from the death of her father and lands the job of Counselor at the Longhorn Canyon Ranch. She is unsure that she is a fit for the job, but when she sees her new boss, Cade, she can’t stop thinking about him. And here is where their whirlwind romance begins. Of course, every romance needs a little help and reassurance… and this is where the kids that Retta and Cade are trying to help come in. These kids are wonderful secondary characters and their sweet personalities made this story so poetic and sweet. This book is full of tender moments, touching life lessons and more than a few laughs. It was a heart-warming read that made me cheer out loud for Cade and Retta (yes, like I said… super cheesy). I sincerely hope there are more books to come in this series, because I will eat them up in a heartbeat! ***I voluntarily read a copy of the book generously offered by the publisher in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and feelings are my own***

Beyond the laughter, despite the tears there will be hope. Brown looks at
life as a classroom. The hits keep coming, yet the lessons are
never-ending. Cowboy Bold reads a bit like a country song, but uplifts like
the chorus of a heartwarming hymn. Retta and Cade are each other's destiny.
They don't know it, but their heart does. People and circumstance are the
road map to who we are and it's pure tales like this one that have an
impact on our minds and hearts.
