This is one of the most significant, and one of the least appreciated, books in recent history. Carol Bowman has simply and honestly reported on a phenomenon--but it is a phenomenon that is so uncomfortable for mainstream society that it has been studiously ignored. She did the same thing with her first book, "Children's Past Lives." In that book she established that most, if not all, children remember their previous lifetime up until about age seven (latest), and often at some point try to tell their parents about it. In this, her second book, Bowman reports--and substantiates--that not infrequently, children have reincarnated, as it seems, back into their own extended family group. Several of the cases are extremely strong. The question is, are we ready to entertain the possibility that our child is actually our father, reborn? Or our great-grandfather, or our great-uncle? This book is quite simply ahead of its time.
