About the author

Carri-Lauren Griffin was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She was educated in both Catholic and public schools. She proudly earned her bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from Harris-Stowe and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree from Maryville University. 


Carri married Keith Griffin II in 2005. They are parents to Keith, Karys, and Kameron. Keith, III is a DJ and swimmer and Karys and Kameron are USAG competitive gymnasts. 


In 2010, Carri opened a home daycare with only one child enrolled. The daycare expanded rapidly and in 2014, Keith and Carri opened St. Louis Montessori preschool. STLM now serves 60 children. 

Carri is an Authorized American Red Cross CPR, FIRST AID, AED, BLS, and Babysitter Instructor.
