Beside the fact that the book has more than 100 pages and it suddenly stoped at page 40 or so it is a hell of a book. If I would have been able to read it all I`m sure I could`ve learned a lot of things

This was my first book on the subject. The author presents a non-confrontational style of negotiating that is indeed effective in real life. Great read for new and seasoned folks.

It contained several negotiations tactics, many of the advices and interpretations are worthed to be tried. The book increases the awareness about negotiations.
