Page-turner, as expected of Blake Pierce. I just love his works 🥹 I literally can see what's going on in my mind, as if watching a movie. I like Zoe so much. I can't see numbers but I like teaching them and studying them 😌 What I love about her is that she knew she's not like other people and deep inside, she accepted that. Hence the detachment and her constant struggle with empathy which I can relate. But happy that she has Shelley now. They are perfect partners.

Zoe is back to use her unusual skills on another unsolvable mathematical equation from a murderer. She grows quite a bit in this book. She gains confidence while working with a former mentor. While she still desires a “conventional” life, she realizes her limitations. She makes a conscious and deliberate choice to move forward in her life. Zoe slowly opens up and discloses her condition to a few people and even responds to and initiates a romantic relationship.

Face of Murder is the second book in the "A Zoe Prime Mystery" series and is a great suspense thriller. Zoe Prime is called in to help when women are found murdered with their bodies branded with mysterious numbers. Can she find the killer by deciphering the meaning of the numbers? This is a fast-paced, action-packed thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat. The storyline is well written and is a real page-turner with great characters, murder, mystery, danger, and suspense. I cannot wait to read the next book in this thrilling numerical series. I read and reviewed this book with no obligation.
