It's a great story and it doesn't pull any punches and is definitely the best comic series I have ever read but this episode is very badly presented. Very badly indeed,l. Most of the pages are massively too big for the screen meaning you have to zoom and move the page around repeatedly just for a single conversation

Very disappointed in this ending to a great series. Kinda feel like the author gave up and lost interest. The 'loose ends' did not need to be tied down. One last great story arc was all we needed.

I love fables...I played the game, I read all the comics and even baught extra books that didn't have much to do with the main plot...but this...such a build up to THIS?! I wanted a happy ending but not like this!!! What is this?! *sigh*

Bill Willingham has been writing, and sometimes drawing, comics for more than twenty years. During that time he's had work published by nearly every comics publisher in the business and he's created many critically acclaimed comic book series, including Elementals, Coventry, PROPOSITION PLAYER and FABLES. Along with FABLES and JACK OF FABLES, Willingham wrote the miniseries DAY OF VENGEANCE and SALVATION RUN. His work has been nominated for many awards, including the Eisner, Harvey and Ignatz comic industry awards and the International Horror Guild award. He lives somewhere near a good poker room.
