Excellent book. My girlfriend gifted this to my for our anniversary. I've been following Aubrey for a long a time, and his book doesn't disappoint. It's filled with useful, practical information to literally help you own your day. Every chapter has tips and tricks optimize everything from work, to home, to at the gym. The writing style is fun and entertaining enough that you won't lose focus, which is why I banged this one out so fast. Overall it's a great read. Highly recommend!

I'm 40 years old and this is the first book that I read from beginning to end. I couldn't put it down. It seemed like every word spoke to me. I found myself rereading the chapters and taking notes. Thank you for changing my life!

Aubrey sets the tone from page one to give you a new way to attack each day of your life. A new battle plan to take each day as your own and make the most out of each moment. From sun rise to sun set, Aubrey shows you little nuances to tweak your own routine for the better. He provides scientific facts to help back his views which provide an abundance of credibility. Definitely worth the read!
