This books is absolutely fantastic for starting or refreshing your knowledge about LGBTQIAP+ identities; I knew a lot of the information in the book, but also learned a lot too! I wish it was in basically every school and library, so more people could read it and educate themselves. It's very inclusive and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. It even acknowledges that not every definition given in the book is the absolute only definition for that identity (for example, one definition given for bisexual/biromantic in the book is being attracted to two or more genders, while I've heard some bi people define it as being attracted to genders similar to their own and different to their own.) I did find the footnotes that included websites to be a little unusable; I would like to visit those sites to learn more, but I don't know if I'm going to sit down and go through the whole book again and type out all of the urls to do that.

This book is perfect for anyone and everyone of all ages wanting to learn more about the LGBT+ community. I got it myself because I wanted to know more about genders, and now I'm giving it to everyone I know who asks me anything. Definitely recommended!! (And Ashely Mardell's YouTube channel is also a great resource if you can't afford the book :) )

I just started reading it when I was feeling upset and the lively text made me feel a bit better. I'm not that far into it but I am sure I'll love it.
