The book was ok. I like Ashley's writing, but the ended to this one was definitely rushed. Almost like she just said 'ok I'm tired of writing this story so let me wrap this up right quick' So many questions were left unanswered, and there was no setup for a sequel either. You get emotionally wrapped up in the characters stories and drama just to have none of it really play out to it's full potential or unfold at all. So many things were glossed over or brought up but never talked about again. It was just.... Odd. This was lazy writing to say the least. Could have been so much better.

Bleu Montclair's story continues in this gritty, twisted, and brutal story. There's nothing pretty on the pages of this book. It's a story of drug addiction and self loathing with all the dark and ugly struggles that go hand in hand with each of those. Bleu has two men trying to save her, one good one evil. The biggest question is can either really help her or will they both lose her to her one true love - crack cocaine? Very tough subject matter and a very dark story. This story definitely gives us a glimpse into a life most of us know very little about thankfully. This was a hard read considering the subject but one I really did enjoy. I would recommend it.

One of the greatest books I've have ever read. They know how to get into your heart and write from there. I've been a victim once, but that makes me a great mother today because I've been there. They know how to get into ones head and relate to ones life because they are so real with theirs. I'm always going to be a HUGE fan of theirs. Always love from me. Alisha Miller
