Eye opening account of how American business mobilized for war before Pearl Harbor despite the prevailing Isolationist sentiment! The New Deal Central planning did not provide the tools to won WW2, it was the "Can Do" spirit of American Business and Capitalism. The US outproduced all other countries combined both Allied & Axis. Great history reading!

The real history of the US economy in WWll , it was run by industrial genius not eggheads.

I learned a lot from this book. I am glad I read it.
