All of the information in this book you can read in magazines such as Men's Fitness, Muscle and Fitness and Men's Heath for half the price. Since Arnold is a contributing editor in Muscle and Fitness why buy this book. Plus, in the magazines you get illustrations on how to perform the exercise. If you want to learn about Arnold, read his book. But since he is a politician some things can be fact or fiction. But in Muscle Fitness you know if it is working.

probably the best 20 bucks I've invested in a long time. The only thing I would have liked more stretched would be the nutrition part. Besides that this gives you a very solid foundation of "Bodybuilding Knowledge"

I purchased this book just the other day. I have been enjoying reading it except for the fact that it does not show up in Play books. When I close it out I have to got to the store and open it. I wish this was different.
