Not only was this book series a treasure when I was a child, but it was also a treat to see it become a favorite for my four year old as well. I love when I can share favorites from my own childhood and have them well received by my child. I like this series because it focuses on narrative in it's purest form.

Just a must have classic . My little one was not a fan but it brought my memories back(:

Loved the book reminds me when I read a different book in the series! (Made me remember reading it not really like this book)

About the author

Arnold Lobel (1933–1987) illustrated many wonderful children’s books but is most beloved for his Frog and Toad stories, including the first one, Frog and Toad Are Friends, published in 1970. The books have garnered much acclaim, including a Caldecott Honor for Frog and Toad Are Friends and a Newbery Honor for Frog and Toad Together. These were followed by Frog and Toad All Year and Days with Frog and Toad.
