I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review. Back in the devil's lair. I'm at the mercy of a man who fascinates and terrifies me, a tender killer whose obsession with me is growing by the day. Nikolai Molotov is as much my captor as he is my protector, his compound both my safe haven and my gilded cage. If only I could resist his lethally seductive touch...or fight his growing hold on my heart and mind. Because no matter how far I delve into the enigma of his past, I still don't know the answer to the most crucial question: Just how dangerous is his love for me? This is the second book in the Molotov Obsession Duet from Anna Zaries. You have to read Devil's Lair first or you are going to be really lost. Devil's Lair is so amazing and is where we meet Chloe and Nikolai. She is running from the people that are after her and she isn't really sure why they are after her but she keeps leaving towns when these men get close. She is on the run again and is getting gas in a small town when she saw an add for a live in tutor for a man for a lot of money a week and being broke and no where to go it is perfect for her. She gets the job and we meet Nikolai who is raising his son but doesn't really have a connection with him because he has no idea how to be a father or that he even had a son. That story was so amazing I devoured it and in the end I was left with my heart in my throat. What the heck is actually going to happen. I am already so in love with Nikolai and Chloe and now after running she is back in the house that she fled in such a hurry and Nikolai has no intention of letting her leave again. I just knew that this book was going to be awesome because there was still a lot of Chloe and Nikolai's story left to be told. I was not disappointed and it is hard to review this book as I am afraid I am going to give something away. Let me just say that you fall more in love with these two. You will not be able to put it down. You are never going to want to leave the bubble that you will find these two in and your going to just devour this book. I am so sad that our time with them is over and oh what a conclusion it was. I am still obsessing over this book and I will never forget it. It will be one that I reread over and over many many times.

Oh my goodness I was so excited to read this book and was not disappointed!!! Angel's Cage is full of twists and turns, plenty of emotions and wonderful characters. Chloe and Nikolai's story continued right where book one left off. Nikolai was so possessive and protective in such a hot, dangerous way. I think it was even more suspenseful than the first and had me guessing all the way to the end at what was going to happen. I loved the ending but I didn't want it to ever be over. I would highly recommend reading Chloe and Nikolai's story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I am a huge Anna Zaires fan! All of her stories have this way of grabbing you and pulling you into the story. Angel's Cage is no different. It continues the story of Nikolai and Chloe. I'm not gonna give away any spoilers. My only complaint is I wish there was more to their story. I felt deflated at the ending. It's A good ending but I was just expecting something else. Definitely worth the read though! I think there will be another book or series with a character from this book so that is definitely something to look forward to.
