This book is excellent for beginners who are lost/confused, just starting out, or have no idea what they are getting into. This book gave me everything and more. I was clueless about what to expect, but this is the best guide! It tells you about things to look out for, this book gives you resources. I love how she went in depth with the trade shows and selling your items over the internet. There are charts you can use, Even a list of other books to read! Very pleased with this book.

Great book , i only got to read the sample so far but as someone who is aspiring to be a fashion designer , i find this beneficial to me , i highly recommend it

About the author
Angela Wolf graduated with a business degree from Illinois State University and with a new sewing machine and serger as a graduation gift from my family she started a home-based custom apparel business. Two years later she created an 18 piece collection and held a private fashion show for the local women which launched her career in custom couture and has led to her recognition as a fashion and couture sewing expert nationwide. in Spring of 2010, she collaborated with Michigan's Southwest Symphony on a fashion show fundraiser event where she launched her first women's ready-to-wear line.
