About this ebook

Johnny and Dad and the Red Canoe, is a story about a father teaching his son to keep doing his best and never giving up.  That by doing the best that you can in everything and not letting anyone take your joy away from doing that task, by participating and staying true to your-self takes determination, hard work, and courage.  That God loves them and in the Bible it also talks about running the race. That it’s not whether you win or lose it’s running the race that matters. This is a journey of life.

About the author

Hello, I’m Angela, mother of 2 beautiful girls and a loving husband.  I became a writer after my first open heart surgery when I was 22.  I don’t know how but when I woke up, I had all of these ideas in my mind and had to write them down.  I started reading my stories to the children during Vacation Bible School one day and then they started asking for me to read my stories to them.  I decided that you couldn’t get more honest than a child, so I carried on writing and drawing.   It has taken many years in between then and now and other challenges down a curvy road.   I feel that in my heart, my destiny is to make a difference in the life of a child, a grown up and even a saint here on earth.

Yarns by The Kentucky Girl A. Webb® are an assortment of stories, that Johnny and Dad and the Red Canoe is the first one to be completed.   I hope and pray that this book is a delight to read and enjoy and will bring your family together at reading time.

God’s Peace and Love be with you and yours always.
