Ratings and reviews

I loved this book's premise-a down on her luck orphaned witch who moves to a new rental. A decrepid boat that she bewitches to something more luxurious. From there, she leans to fight a ghost pirate, trained by a hunky merman and helped by her spunky terrier familiar.

This is one of those books that doesn't have a fixed ending. To find out what happened you need to buy the next book. Not a big fan of this tactic. It would have been nice to know that this was a two part story before I started.

Andie likes to believe in magic. To wriggle your nose, or wave a wand, and all your problems simply disappear in a puff of smoke. If only it were that easy.
