Amy Cuddy presents simple practical advice on how we can use our bodies to change our minds and unlock our personal power and become our most authentic selves.The book is filled with numerous studies and personal stories from a diverse group of people that have benefited from Cuddy's research.Fake it until you become it.

During a brief public address I began by striking a full on Wonder Woman pose. It empowered, directed audience focus and removed the kinks from my back!

Where's the beef? Thousands of proofs. No examples of how to implement. Waste of my money and time.
