Awesome book.one of the best book i have read.i have gone through all the chapters and lessons of this book. after reading this book my behaviour on many thinking process,learning process has been changed and i feel like i know amny things,Very concise but brilliant, I listened to this twice through the same day and it was well worth it! Discipline is doing things you should do at the right time no matter what. The book describes how to create good habits, have a vision with well defined goals, describe the changes you want to see so you know what to aim for. It reminds us to reflect our core values in everything we do, have good role models, develop excellent time management systems and keep the importance of sleep, rests, rewards to keep us healthy and motivated. It discusses the power of meditation and how this can aid our ability to evaluate decisions carefully and reduce emotional involvement. All extremely powerful tools, congratulations to Mr Brown for synthesising and presenting them so powerfully! I highly recommend this book to read.best book .

The most important key to the successful life is discipline. Without a discipline you Don't have goal and without goal there is no life. That never belongs to successful and happiness. That’s why discipline is most important. Some of peoples are NOT lead a good disciplined lif.. That's why they r not meet succes.. Their life is mess up and destroyed. With that problem solution this book " self discipline" is the best way.
