我是柯文哲。
政治是一門管理的科學，也是一種服務的專業。
擔任臺北市長八年，我管理一群優秀的公務員，帶領他們為市民服務。
我經常思考一個問題：我們要留給下一代一個什麼樣的臺北？
從政不是要創立什麼偉大功業，而是務實地為人民解決各種問題；
這本書，就是我們解決問題的方法和故事，以及我們的改變與努力。
我們打造公部門的企業文化，為團隊建立是非對錯的共識；
我們為市府量身訂製策略地圖，設定使命、願景和價值；
我們嚴格執行財政紀律，不做撒紅包式的社會福利政策；
我們堅守正直誠信的核心價值，減少施政溝通的成本；
我們勇於創新改革，將政府的有限資源做最有效配置。
一個人走得快，一群人走得遠；每個人的一小步累積起來，是整體巨大的進步。
我的目標很簡單，就是繼續創造社會的進步，讓人民過得更好。
我的行動很明確，就是以一套有效的管理工具，把服務人民的事做好、做對。
