Beautifully written book! I work with a child who has CP, and that child has a unique way to communicate like Melody. I see how kids and even adults interact with the child. Some are amazing with the child. And some don't understand when they are not like us. I strongly believe if we all give it enough time and chances. All special needs children will show that they are smarter than the kids in regular classes. We as humans just don't have enough patience. And that's the majority of the problem. I'm thrilled they gave Melody the chance to shine! I 100% recommend this book to all!!!!! It's so good!

I love this book i have read it over a million times after my teacher in forth grade read it to the class it was amazing i couldnt dind anything else like it its just amazing and i love it and you may thing oh thats just a lie but its not this is a book that you can never find anything else like it i swear

This is my favorite book ever. It is absolutely amazing. The contrast of emotions in this story is very good. It can get a little emotional however, 1000/10 amazing book.
