About the author

James Allen is a partner in Bain & Company's London office. He has served a variety of leadership roles at Bain and is the founder of the Bain Founder's Mentality 100, a global network of high-growth companies mostly led by their founders. He has authored several bestselling books, including Repeatability.

Napoleon Hill was born in 1883 in a one-room cabin on the Pound River in Wise County, Virginia. He is the author of the motivational classics The Laws of Success and Think and Grow Rich. Hill passed away in November 1970 after a long and successful career writing, teaching, and lecturing about the principles of success.

A native of Ireland who resettled in America, Joseph Murphy (1898-1981) was a prolific and widely admired New Thought minister and writer, best known for his metaphysical classic, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind. Murphy is considered one of the pioneering voices of affirmative-thinking philosophy.

Sean Pratt, a working actor for over twenty-five years, has performed at numerous regional theaters around the country.
