Ratings and reviews

I’ve previously read two of Dervla’s mysteries before and thoroughly enjoyed them because they were police procedurals and it’s something I was surprised to discover that I really like. Once again, Dervla delivered an entertaining, fast paced mystery that had me guessing right up until the revealed end. The red herrings were well developed and I liked the new take on the main character acting as a student to be able to participate in The Innocence Project in an attempt to thwart her mother’s attacker from being free. The narrators all did a wonderful job narrating and I flew through this audiobook in two days because they kept me engaged (and on my toes!). There are twists, turns, surprises and is a perfect story for those who love the process of crime solving. Thank you HarperAudio for the alc. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

This may be the fourth book I've read by this author and they've all been consistently great!
