Jodi Malpas creates another strong/damaged female character and a mysterious/misunderstood masculine character that could give her “This Man” series competition on who is better. Izzy, a caring nurse, finding her strength to move on from her past to enjoy her life, but it flips when she meets Theo, a massive and perceptive businessman. Once Theo’s pursuits pay off, their relationship grows and tantalizes all the way. Yet, the secrets Malpas has for these characters was unexpected and thrilling.
