About this audiobook

In the vein of Jurassic Park, this high concept thriller follows a group of graduate students lured to Hawaii to work for a mysterious biotech company—only to find themselves cast out into the rain forest, with nothing but their scientific expertise and wits to protect them. An instant classic, Micro pits nature against technology in vintage Crichton fashion. Completed by visionary science writer Richard Preston, this boundary-pushing thriller melds scientific fact with pulse-pounding fiction to create yet another masterpiece of sophisticated, cutting-edge entertainment.

Dan Sherer's review is unfair. the reason it has Crichton's name on it, and is also written by Preston is because Crichton DIED before he could finish the book. Preston took the manuscript and finished it, and that is clearly stated in the book description. which Mr. Sherer clearly failed to read before he bought it. That is no one's fault but his own. if you can't be bothered to read the details concerning a title you want to purchase, then it is your fault alone, Mr. Sherer. Preston's work is clearly worse than the skilled work of Crichton. however, many people (myself included) will be interested in a final story from (mostly) Crichton's pen. The guy is dead, and it's unfair to blame him and his publisher because you (Mr. Sherer) couldn't be bothered to read a single paragraph description of the book before you impulsively tapped the "Buy" button. also the cover pic shows that it's written by 2 authors. I think Sherer wanted a refund and thought a bad review would get it for him
