Good content, and please read if this topic is new. but it is repetitive. His main message is diversity of plant is most important. I got more information from 'How not to die' etc and if you are already familiar with whole plant based diet, then just check podcasts or youtube he is in.

He's a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine and was chief medical resident at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and chief gastroenterology fellow at the University of North Carolina Hospitals.
