Excellent story with some bad edditing and volume changes. The narrator at times sounds like he's reading to himself in a hushed voice, few second later like he's screaming.

Abridged version read by Tony Robinson. Mr Robinson is a wonderful actor and does a wonderful job except he tends to use volume to differentiate characters which can cause the audiobook to need fast volume modifications at times.

This abridged version cuts out some of the best quotes from the book, while leaving portions that could have been removed to little effect.
