This book has the power to wake up individuals, families, communities and humanity to our most powerful choice: what we feed ourselves. It also provided me with understanding and clarity about how this seemingly small choice impacts the world. My choices DO affect all of life...we all make a huge difference. God Bless T.Collin Campbell and all the amazing authors, scientists, researchers, and professionals (past and present) who have carried the baton and taken on this challenge of shining the light on this information and wisdom that has been buried alive. The changes that I have made have already improved my experience of life. I feel lighter and more flexible in my joints and my blood pressure has been averaging at 110/70 for the past 6 months. I feel blessed, inspired, and supported by this book as well as "Whole", "The China Study Solution" , "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease", "The Whole Foods Diet", "Forks Over Knives", just to name a few. Books like these empower us with simple ways to value and take responsibility for all aspects of Life. I am grateful feeling inspired.

The absolute best scientifically based nformation on complete nutrition for us humans. Your precious animals (pets) will benefit as well. Everything is covered. How our worst western societies diseases can be reversed. What heals and helps us and what hurts us. Every body should have this book for their family. It has dramatically changed my life and my friends and client''s lives.

One of my favourite book by far. If you care about your health, our environment and other animals, this book will not disappoint. From first page to the last, you’ll be amazed to know how simple, logical and factual actually it is. I bought The China Study” several times as special occasion gift... and so far had nothing less than great comments and appreciation. Money well spent.

About the author

Dr. T. Colin Campbell, an American biochemist who has been at the forefront of nutrition research for more than forty years, is the New York Times bestselling author of four books, including the blockbuster, million-selling The China Study, described by the New York Times as “the Grand Prix of epidemiology.” He is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University. He has been featured in several documentary films, including Forks over Knives and Vegucated. He is the founder of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

A 1999 graduate of Cornell University and recipient of a medical degree in 2010, Thomas M. Campbell II, MD, is a writer, actor, and five-time marathon runner.

Dan Woren is an American voice actor and Earphones Award–winning narrator. He has worked extensively in animation, video games, and feature films. He is best known for his many roles in anime productions such as Bleach and as the voice of Sub-Zero in the video game Mortal Kombat.
