Having taken some of the Penn MAPP courses I knew the science based interventions were far different and more effective than those anecdotal life experience.ones life coaches put together. James and Suzanne here will give you scientifically verified interventions to help you and your relationships, especially but not limited to your romantic ones. The text is accessible, friendly, and well paced. The only thing they cant do is do the exercises for you. Wish I could attend one of their workshops
