Susan MacKenty Brady is the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Chair for Women and Leadership and CEO of Simmons University Institute for Inclusive Leadership. A highly sought-after author and expert on self-aware leadership, Susan has keynoted or consulted at over 500 organizations worldwide.

Lynn Perry Wooten, a seasoned academic and an expert on organizational development and transformation, is the president of Simmons University. Before coming to Simmons, she served as the David J. Nolan Dean and professor of management and organizations at the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.

Janet Foutty is the executive chair of the board of Deloitte US, the largest professional services organization in the US. She previously was the chair and CEO of Deloitte Consulting. Janet is committed to purposeful leadership and recognizes that business can and should make a broader societal impact that matters.

Kim Niemi has appeared on numerous stages in the Boston area as an actor and singer/songwriter. Kim is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy and a proud member of Actors' Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA. Her voice has been described as soothing, soulful, and powerful.
