Ratings and reviews

I don't know where King for his statistics (he usually does good research for his stories) when he had Johnny's doctor say that "true amnesia is almost as rare as schizophrenia". schizophrenia is common as dirt. I don't think the numbers have gone up THAT much since the book was written. it's just bad research.

The story was fast paced, but with no ending to be amazed at. I love Stephen King and this read was just one of many, I didn't love it. More action was required and the gripping story was told early on. 4.7 is high, too high for this book. 3.7 I could see.

Didn't know what to expect from Franco narrating, but he's great to listen to! It's a great story! Really loved it!

James Franco is an acclaimed actor, director, artist, and writer. His writing has appeared in Esquire, The Wall Street Journal, McSweeney’s, and other publications. Franco has an MFA in creative writing from Brooklyn College.
