As a UX designer a lot of our philosophy focuses around asking why when building products. However, when I started reading this book and began asking the same why-questions towards the companies I work for, it inspired me to understand and clarify the goals we are trying to achieve as an organization. For anyone that is looking to inspire or even grow a better understanding of leadership, this is a great read.

Great read! Inspiring insights that every leader should hear. However, gets kinda repetitve but it serves a purpose to drive the overall point across.

Worst audio quality of any audiobook I've listened to. The content of the book is very repetitive and quite underwhelming. This topic would make a better TED talk than a book.
