Really disliked the male voice actor, Holter Graham. He talked so fast the entire book, like he had somewhere else to be. When he had to voice a female character it sounded like he was making fun of his mother, making a caricature of a women's voice, awful. I liked the book well enough. Fun world-building, interesting magic system, great heroine. The ending was disappointing and I didn't feel the romance. I missed the falling in love part and suddenly they were head over heels for eachother..

This book was amazing! Lou was everything I could ever want in a female lead character. Picked this up on a whim and have no regrets
