Audio/eBook Review: I’m really not sure where to start and even if my review can do this amazing story justice. This best friends-to-lovers sports romance has tension, humor, and so much heart. There was no denying the feelings these two have for each other. The unrequited love and affection between the two had me turning the pages in anticipation. Fans of audiobooks will love this one, Aaron Shedlock and Emma Wilder are amazing. The duet narration elevates an already incredible listen. Nothing beats hearing two fantastic narrators engage in realistic dialogue together.

The narrators take you on such a sweet and funny ride with these characters. After getting several sneak peeks of this couple throughout the previous books I was excited to finally get to their story. This was definitely a slow burn, friendship to lovers journey. Both realizing that they have feelings but also kind of in denial that the other might have feelings about them. So it's just kind of at a stalemate until some prying, loving friends step in and intervene a little. Such a good read!
