My Favorite Sparks book. I read it once before. My husband was in the hospital for 3 months and nearly died more than once. He had several surgeries and I was even told to say my goodbyes by a nurse because the outcome didn't look good. I was devastated and spent countless hours in the ICU waiting room and by his side as he and I went through hell together. I often thought of this book in the hospital. This story and Jesus got me through the most painful hours of waiting and watching my husband go through surgery after surgery. His illness will cut his life short eventually, even though he has recovered for now. I know this is a work of fiction but I feel as though it was written for us or loosely based on our love story. The part when Travis talks about loving Gabby so much he just couldn't let her go broke me down in tears when rereading this. I know that feeling well. There is no pain worse than feeling the loss of your own heart or knowing you will. Physical pain becomes obsolete.

This was an awesome movie I will tell everybody to watch this movie it was really awesome
